How the program works

The 4-week, in-person Hypopressive program is designed to help you improve core strength, posture, and pelvic floor function through a combination of Foundational Hypopressives Poses and low-impact, breath-focused exercises. Each week builds on the previous one with progressively challenging movements that focus on better deep core connection, alignment, pelvic and thoracic mobility, stability and breathing techniques.
