All first time clients start with a Private Package. (Expecting moms. who are new to Alignmethod, have the option to start with the Private Package or the Powerfully Pregnant small group class.)
Once you complete your First Time package, you can choose to continue with private session packages or join an Alignmethod small group class program that suits your needs.
1 Private session:
$300+GST (4x$75+1free small group class)
Private Small group class:
min 4 - max 6 people, min of 4 sessions
$40/person per session+ GST
Small Group Classes:
Small group classes have max 8 people in a class.
Drop in - $30 + GST per class
5 class package: $140 + GST ($28 per class)
10 class package: $250 + GST ($25 per class)

First Time & Private*

Payments are due only after the first session, as we are confident that you will be happy with the results. After a minimum of 4 private sessions, a variety of small group classes are available to suit your needs.
A small group class for anyone who has completed at least 4 private sessions. This class transitions from your core connection into the basics of resistance training and movement. You will build strength, while honing your improved posture, breath work and core function.
*Class includes Hypopressives, release work, breath work and resistance training
Private Small Group
Gather some friends and schedule your own private small group program. Customize your small group program to suit the needs of all group members.
Group size: 4-6 members: $40 + GST/person and a minimum of 4 private small group sessions per group.

A class dedicated to functional movement and strength training with a strong focus on breath, posture and movement patterns. Squat, lunge, lift, push, pull, crawl and balance your way to a confident strong body. The Build is a fun, focused class that will challenge your mind and body in unexpected ways.

(intermediate - advanced intensity)
A strength workout tailor-made for the unique exercise needs of expecting moms. Find your core connection and optimal alignment while adjusting to the many physical changes that occur during pregnancy, keeping your body strong and fit. Lift weights, build strength and endurance, preparing your body for the many demands of motherhood. intensity- exercises are modified to give you a great workout while keeping you safe during pregnancy.
This class is designed for active aging adults who want to work on core function, strength, balance, coordination, posture and daily functional movement patterns.
